Attached is the conditional-approval letter and plan set (in 3 paper size formats) for Mayor & Council. John Beall will respond to applicant on next steps.

All reviewers have completed review of the development package. The development package is conditionally-approved until 30 day period after the rezoning approval by Mayor & Council. There is one comment from engineering to address on a resubmittal of the development package. Consider this your return for corrections notice to resubmit to https://www.tucsonaz.gov/file-upload-pdsd any time as it does not hold up proceeding to Mayor & Council.

As the applicant, remind staff when the 30 days near. At that time, staff will check if Mayor & Council adopted the rezoning conditions without change and you will receive a notification email that plans are approved to obtain the permit for the development package.

"No permits or development approvals [which includes excavation, grubbing, grading, paving] may be granted that are in furtherance of the rezoning request until the 30 days have lapsed and the conditions of rezoning have been met," per UDC 3.5.3.J.6.
