The property is zoned Park Industrial (P-I) and Industrial 1 (I-1), with the proposed development being a new hotel. This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, FAA Part 77 airspace, and the City of Tucson Airport Environs Zone. The Tucson Airport Authority is satisfied with the 3rd submittal of this project and has no additional comments to provide.
