a. The location of public water lines and fire hydrants.
b. The location and size of sanitary and storm sewers, including the pipe diameter and the invert and rim elevations of all manholes and cleanouts; along with the Pima County Wastewater Management Department (PCWMD) reference number. Note: the existing public sewer does not extend North of the alley.
c. The existing and proposed points of connection to the existing public sewer.
d. If water mains and sewers are not located on or adjacent to the tract, indicate the direction, distance to, and sizes of those nearest the property.
Reference: City of Tucson Administrative Manual, Section 2-06.4.8D and Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018.
2. Where the finish floor elevation is less than 12 inches above the elevation of the next upstream manhole in the public sewer or private sewer collection system, a backwater valve shall be installed in the building drain or branch of the building drain serving that floor. Reference: Section 714.1, IPC 2018, as amended by the City of Tucson.
3. For the purposes of having a water meter, a parcel is required to have a minimum width of 15-feet of frontage on a water main. An easement is not considered to be frontage. Reference: Tucson Water Remote Meter Policy, Number IV-B.08, dated 07/14/2009.

1. Per UDC Table 3.2-1 PUBLIC NOTICE AND PROCEDURAL REQUIREMENTS, FLD Subdivision Plat or Site Plan, a Neighborhood Meeting is required. Per UDC Article 3.2.2.C.1. and 8.3.7.P.1.b The meeting shall occur not more than 60 days prior to the date of the submittal of the application. Provide documentation that the neighborhood meeting has bee held within 60 days of your submittal. The first submittal of this application was received on 10/11/18, without a neighborhood meeting already held. That submittal was denied. The second submittal was received 7/12/19, without documentation of the neighborhood meeting which was held on 11/2/18. This meeting was more than 60 days prior to the second submittal and is not valid. A new neighbohoord meeting must be held.
