It has been determined that the submitted plans do not provide sufficient information to complete a plan review. The following items need to be addressed prior to re-submittal. 1. Per UDC Table 3.2-1 PUBLIC NOTICE AND PROCEDURAL REQUIREMENTS, FLD Subdivision Plat or Site Plan, a Neigh-borhood Meeting is required. Per UDC Article 3.2.2.C.1.b and 8.3.7.P.1.b The meeting shall occur not more than 60 days prior to the date of the submittal of the application. Provide documentation that the neighborhood meeting has bee held within 60 days of your submittal. The comments provided are preliminary and are not to be assumed as a complete review of the proposal. During the Development Package review process, a full review will be made by Zoning to assure compliance with the applicable UDC development criteria and Technical Standards.
