The 4” bcs will connect to a public manhole currently being constructed. Since you are not proposing any new public infrastructure and the 4” bcs falls under the IPC requirements, a preliminary sewer layout review and approval from Pima County Development Services is not required. The eventual lateral connection into the public manhole will require a small activities permit during construction. Please note that during the building permit process a review by Pima County Development Services will be required for the connection permit and capacity analysis.
