Thank you for the opportunity to comment on DP18-0260, Rojo Ironworks; 3rd Submittal, a development package application for an approximately 0.71 acre site, located northeast of the intersection of South Randall Boulevard and East Valencia Road. The property is zoned Park Industrial (P-I), with the proposed development being a commercial / administrative office.
This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, FAA Part 77 airspace, and the City of Tucson Airport Environs Zone.
The Tucson Airport Authority is satisfied with the 3rd submittal of the project and has no additional comments to submit.
