Section 3.3.3.G.5.c UDC, An applicant has one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a site plan that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application, unless an ordinance adopted by Mayor and Council during this period states otherwise. A site plan application that has been in review for a period of one year and has not yet been approved is considered denied. To continue the review of a site plan for the property, a new site plan must be submitted that complies with regulations in effect at the time of re-submittal. The new submittal initiates a new one-year review period. One year Expiration date is October 18, 2019. SECTION 2-06.0.0: DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE (TENTATIVE PLATS AND SITE PLANS) *** Address only the new "Follow up Comments numbered 1 - 4". The previous comment and previous follow up comments have been left as reference for the reviewer and applicant's courtesy. 2-06.3.0 FORMAT REQUIREMENTS 1. Follow up to Comment 2: The Subdivision case number S19-045 has been assigned to this project. List the case number in the lower right corner of all plan sheets. Also, list as reference the TSMR case number in the lower right corner of plan sheets. Previous follow up comment 2: Previous Comment is still applicable; ensure to list the "S" number next to the title block of all plan sheets. Previous Comment 8: 2-06.4.7.A.8.b - Once the final plat "S" number is issued provide it adjacent to the title block on each sheet. 2. A separate legal description describing the new parcel boundary for the Kennedy and Meyer subdivision was included with the warranty deed but the legal description for the remaining parcel was not included. Please include the missing documents with the next submittal of the DP. Previous follow up comment 9: Clarify if an application has been submitted and if so list the case number as reference on the DP plan sheets next to the title block. Previous Comment 23: As you are proposing to subdivide parcel 117-14-146A via this project a new development package will need to be provided to PDSD so that records has the correct DP for this commercial site.
