Thank you for the opportunity to comment on DP18-0257, Mister Car Wash; 2nd Submittal, a development package application for an approximately 2.14 acre site, located southeast of the intersection of Duvall Vista and South Kino Parkway. The property is zoned Planned Area Development 15 (PAD-15), with the proposed development being an automotive washing use.
This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace.
The Tucson Airport Authority is satisfied with the 2nd submittal of the project and has no additional comments to submit.
