Since the size from the proposed building does not trigger any Pima County Regional Wastewater requirements or PDEQ requirements a preliminary sewer layout review and approval from Pima County Development Services is not required. Please note that during the building permit process a review by Pima County Development Services will be required for the new connection permit and capacity analysis.
