10/19/2018 JOHN VAN WINKLE ENGINEERING REVIEW Denied DP18-0254 (ok to submit)

1) Provide grading/cut fill quantities on plans
2) Project site is over 1 acre and located in a critical basin. Provide a Hydrology Report/Statement showing that the existing drainage infrastructure meets the requirements of the City of Tucson (COT) Stormwater Detention/Retention manual and the COT Standards Manual for Drainage Design and Floodplain Management. A 15% reduction in the existing 2,10 and 100 year peak discharges along with 100% retention of the difference between pre and post developed conditions for a 5 year event is required. Reference COT Stormwater Detention/Retention Manual
3) Project is over one acre, provide a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan for the proposed development
4) Provide a vehicular use area surface that meets the City of Tucson (COT) Unified Development Code (UDC) section 7.4.6.I
5) These comments are preliminary and are not considered a complete review of the project. A complete review can be conducted when the above information is provided
