Provide a Hydrology Report/Statement showing that the existing drainage infrastructure meets the requirements of the City of Tucson (COT) Stormwater Detention/Retention manual and the COT Standards Manual for Drainage Design and Floodplain Management. A 15% reduction in the existing 2,10 and 100 year peak discharges along with 100% retention of the difference between pre and post developed conditions for a 5 year event is required.
