There are cases of extenuating circumstances when we release temporary building numbers to facilitate the building safety review process. This does create some complications if the DP review process identifies issues/challenges that require redesign or modification of the concept from which I am generating addresses. I do prefer to issue addresses when my review is complete, however, I am sensitive to your needs and timeframes. If the City of Tucson is ok with me issuing building numbers to the project, given that Zoning allows it, I can proceed with issuing temporary building numbers.
