Section 3.3.3.G.5.c UDC, An applicant has one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a site plan that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application, unless an ordinance adopted by Mayor and Council during this period states otherwise. A site plan application that has been in review for a period of one year and has not yet been approved is considered denied. To continue the review of a site plan for the property, a new site plan must be submitted that complies with regulations in effect at the time of re-submittal. The new submittal initiates a new one-year review period. One year Expiration date is August 27, 2019. ***Please address the remaining 1. Follow up to previous comment 8: The applicable use specific standards were not listed on the cover sheet or on sheet 2. The use note should read as follows; "General Manufacturing; Subject to UDC Use Specific Standards 4.9.5.C.2, .6, .7, .8 and 4.9.13.Q; include a reference to display as an accessory use." Previous comment 8: Label the proposed use as General Manufacturing; Subject to UDC Use Specific Standards 4.9.5.C.2, .6, .7, .8 and 4.9.13.Q; include a reference to display as an accessory use. 2. Follow up to previous comment 14: The HC detail drawing is depicting an 8'0" access aisle, the access aisle on the site plan is dimensioned as 8'-6", which one is correct? Previous comment 14 revise the Accessible parking detail to match what is proposed on the site. 3. Follow up to previous comment 18: This comment was not addressed as required. Revise on sheet 2 keynotes 5, 6, 7 and B. Revise the word 'vertical slope" to "Cross slope" for all annotations and keynotes. Revise the typo on keynote 5 from "BOLLARS' to "Bollards". Review the keynotes and revise any typos as required. Previous comment 18: Revise the term vertical slope to "Cross Slope" on all annotations related to sidewalks. 4. Follow up to previous comment 19: Correct the typo of the word 'STRIPPED' to "Striped" for all notes, keynotes etc. where they occur. Previous comment 19: On sheet 2, correct the typos for the words "striped" and "coordinate" in keynotes 6 and 7. Check keynotes for additional typos and correct as needed.
