You are identifying a 4” bcs coming from the proposed building. This 4” private sewer service should be made to one of the two existing connections stubbed out at the property line. Since the size shown from the proposed building does not trigger any Pima County Regional Wastewater requirements or PDEQ requirements a preliminary sewer layout review and approval from Pima County Development Services is not required. Please be aware that during the building permit process a review by Pima County Development Services will be required for the new connection permit and capacity analysis.
