2. COMMENT: On Sheet 2, provide the last approved site plan or revise the overall site to show access, parking, buildings, and all calculations.

3. COMMENT: Remove floorplan/foundation/elevations from development package. These items are part of the building plans.

4. COMMENT: On Sheet 3, show the entire area including the existing building to the south on the enlarged site plan.

5. COMMENT: Ensure that you are parking counts, expansion calculations and dimensional standards are provided on your site plan. See example site plan provided by email.

6. COMMENT: These comments are preliminary and are not to be assumed as a complete review of the proposal. During the Development Package review process a full review will be made by Zoning to assure compliance with the applicable UDC development criteria and Technical Standards.

Based off your description below regarding the proposed development and no new bcs connection shown on the plan sheets provided, the Development Plan Package does not require a preliminary sewer layout review and approval from Pima County Development Services.



Note: that during the building permit submittal to the City of Tucson the existing bcs connection may be reviewed for verification of an existing connection permit and capacity requirement. Please submit for review to sewer@pima.gov to the attention of Gerry Koziol, at that point in time.
