1) Per City of Tucson Administrative Manual (AM) section 2-06.4.7.B add the required hold harmless note
2) Per City of Tucson Stormwater Detention/Retention Manual section 3.4.2 provide a grade control marker for the proposed basin. On the plans please also provide the coordinates of the grade control marker so that they can be easily located in the future
3) Detail A/C5 shows the perimeter sidewalk sloping away from the water harvesting area. On sheet 3, immediately adjacent to the location of detail A/C5 the sidewalk is shown sloping towards the water harvesting area. Confirm if this is intentional and modify the standard detail if needed
4) PAG standard detail 204 shows that the bottom of the scupper is to be 1" above grade. Provided spot grades indicate that the bottom of the scupper is below grade on both sides. Provide additional spot grades to show that the scuppers directed towards the proposed retention basin drain properly.
5) Engineering can conduct an expedited electronic review once all outstanding department review comments have been addressed, the revised plans are resubmitted and a new work flow has been opened. Call or email to schedule.

COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

Section 3.3.3.G.5.c UDC, An applicant has one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a site plan that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application, unless an ordinance adopted by Mayor and Council during this period states otherwise. A site plan application that has been in review for a period of one year and has not yet been approved is considered denied. To continue the review of a site plan for the property, a new site plan must be submitted that complies with regulations in effect at the time of re-submittal. The new submittal initiates a new one-year review period. One year Expiration date is August 15, 2019.

SECTION 2-06.0.0: DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE (TENTATIVE PLATS AND SITE PLANS)

2-06.3.6 - Provide a blank three-inch by five-inch block in the lower right corner of the plan adjacent to the title block on the first sheet of the development package for use by Pima County Addressing.

1. COMMENT: 2-06.3.5 - Remove the Development Package PDSD approval stamp on all sheets. Reserve a three-inch by five-inch space in the lower right quadrant of each sheet for an approval stamp. The approval stamp will be applied electronically.

As of this zoning review of the grading plan the DP18-0084 has been approved but has not been issued. The grading plan cannot be issued until the DP is issued. The applicant of the DP application must pick up the approved DP before the grading plan is issued or at the same time.
