COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

Section 3.3.3.G.5.c UDC, An applicant has one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a site plan that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application, unless an ordinance adopted by Mayor and Council during this period states otherwise. A site plan application that has been in review for a period of one year and has not yet been approved is considered denied. To continue the review of a site plan for the property, a new site plan must be submitted that complies with regulations in effect at the time of re-submittal. The new submittal initiates a new one-year review period. One year Expiration date is July 10, 2019.

1. Follow Up to Previous Comment 7: The Use specific standard was not added to general note 3 as requested per the previous review. Add the Use Specific Standard 4.9.13.Q to general note 3 of the cover sheet.

PREVIOUS COMMENT 7: List the applicable use specific standard 4.9.13.Q in general note 3.

Follow up to the parking detail drawing on the cover sheet: Wheel stops must be placed 2.5 from of the parking spaces to the tire side of the wheel stop. Both parking space detail drawings are drawn with a 3-foot distance, revise to 2.5 feet.

Dear Ms. Lee,

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on DP18-0166, Davis Advisors Office; 2nd Submittal, a development package application for an approximately 0.69 acre site located southeast of the intersection of South Palo Verde Road and East Hemisphere Loop. The land use is industrial, with the proposed development being a professional office.

This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace.

The Tucson Airport Authority is revising a comment letter which was submitted on 9/14/18. The Tucson Airport Authority is satisfied with the 2nd submittal of the project. Since the 2nd comment letter, the applicant has added in the Tucson Airport Authority note which was identified in the 2nd submittal of the project. Please treat this letter as confirmation of Tucson Airport Authority's approval of this project.
