This plan has been reviewed for compliance with the Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-06. Also compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM). 1. UDC 3.3.3.G.5.c - An applicant has one year from the date of application, 6/26/18, to obtain approval of a site plan. 2. AM 2-06.4.4 - Provide the relevant activity number, DP18-0150 adjacent to the title block on each sheet. 3. AM 2-06.4.7.A.6.a - This site is located in the HC-3 zone (UDC 4.8.6). A food service is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-4). Provide an approved decision letter in the next submittal to show compliance with the overlay. 4. AM 2-06.4.7.A.6.a - List additional applications and overlays, by number, T18SA00235 and T18SA00285, in lower right corner of each sheet. 5. AM 2-06.4.7.A.6.a - As a general note provide the type of application processed or overlays applicable, a statement that the project meets the criteria/conditions of the additional application or overlay, the number, T18SA00235 and T18SA00285, date of approval, what was approved, and the conditions of approval, if any. Additional review comments may be forthcoming due to response to zoning review comments or other review agency comments including owner driven changes to the plan. If desired, these zoning review comments can be reviewed during an appointment (in lieu of over the counter). Request a zoning review appointment in the message box during upload of the resubmittal.
