Dear Ms. Hines,

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on DP18-0138, Dutch Brothers; 2nd Submittal, a development package application for an approximately 1.04 acre site located southwest of the intersection of South Headley Road and West Valencia Road. The land use is commercial, with the proposed development establishing a restaurant use (coffee shop).

This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace.

The Tucson Airport Authority submitted a comment letter on the 1st submittal of this project, comment letter dated 6/28/2018. The Tucson Airport Authority is satisfied with the 2nd submittal and has no additional comments to submit.
