Riverfront Estates TRANSMITTAL DATE: December 06, 2018 DUE DATE: December 11, 2018 COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the Grading plans for Warrior Village but cannot approve them at this time. While the grading plans is consistent with the current version of DP18-0186, and as it relates to the zoning review purview zoning will approve the grading plan once the tentative plat DP18-0186 is approved and the PDSD Engineering and Landscape reviewers have approved the grading plan. 2. COMMENT: Add the DP stamp to all grading plan sheets for plan reviewer signatures. The digital stamp can be downloaded from the PDSD web site. 3. COMMENT: List the DP case number DP18-00134 in the lower right corner next to the title block of all sheets. Reference the associated revised tentative plat and final plat case numbers DP18-0186, S18-070 next to the title block of all plan sheets. 4. COMMENT: Revise the dedication note on the cover sheet to state "Area to be dedicated to the City of Tucson per Final Plat". Verify with John Cahill if the COT will accept the proposed dedication area.
