The proposed land use is Planned Area Development 30 (PAD-30) and would establish a neighborhood center use. The Tucson Airport Authority provided comment letters on the 1st and 2nd submittal of this project, comment letters April 10, 2018 and June 21, 2018. The Tucson Airport Authority has no additional comments to submit and is satisfied with the 3rd submittal of the project. The Tucson Airport Authority has confirmed the condition of approval identified in the 2nd comment letter has been included in the general notes of the revised development plan.
