The EGSD comments on the second submittal of the Development Plan were successfully addressed by Cypress Civil Development in the third submittal. A compactor is proposed to reduce the volume of refuse and recycling materials by 75%. The Development Plan specifies the compactor room location and the location for the container placement along the road on the east side of Building 1.
