The Environmental & General Services Department has reviewed the third submittal of the Development Package for the proposed Arroyo Reserve residential subdivision. The date of the third submittal of this Development Package was September 6, 2018. Forty five single family homes are proposed for this development. It is proposed that 90 gallon APCs be used at each residence for the storage of refuse and recycling materials.



Please have the applicant provide information about how the following lots will be serviced for refuse and recycling material removal: Lot 40, Lot 43, Lot 44, Lot 45, Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3. Indicate where the APCs for these residences will be located (on the same side of the street as the residence or on the opposite side of the street) and how the refuse vehicles will access the APCs. Indicate also when the refuse vehicles will be backing up and the approximate distance of the vehicle back ups. The APC servicing plan shall provide for safe conditions for refuse vehicles while backing up within the residential subdivision.
