Also compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM). The following comments reference AM 2-06.0. 2-06.3.0 FORMAT REQUIREMENTS 1. 2-06.3.2 - All mapped data shall be drawn at an engineering scale having no more than 50 feet to the inch. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS 2. 2-06.3.7 - Remove the aerial photo from the project-location map.. 3. 2-06.4.4.C - Label the section corners; north arrow; and the scale will be labeled. 2-06.4.7 - General Notes The following general notes are required. Additional notes specific to each plan are required where applicable. 4. 2-06.4.7.A - Zoning and Land Use Notes2-06.4.7.A.1 - List as a general note: "Existing zoning is ____." 5. 2-06.4.9.H.5.a -The vehicle parking space calculation is not correct. As this Walmart is part of a larger shopping center the vehicle parking space calculation is for the entire center. Zoning recommends that you review development package DP14-0140 available on-line at our PRO, see https://www.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd. The calculation should include the number required and provided for both standard and accessible The calculation cannot include the Pick-up spaces or spaces occupied by the cart corrals. 6. 2-06.4.9.H.5.a - Provide a fully dimensioned detail of the proposed pick-up area.
