Provide activity number, DP18-0021, on plan set. 2. Remove the Development Package PDSD Approval stamp from all sheets. Reserve a three-inch by five-inch space in the lower right quadrant of each sheet for an approval stamp. The approval stamp will be applied electronically. 3. The pedestrian connections shall consider the following design elements to enhance connectivity: When a designated on-site pedestrian walkway crosses a parking lot, street or driveway, the walkway will be clearly visible to pedestrians and motorists through the use of: 1) a change in paving material, paving height or paving color; 2) a painted crosswalk; or 3) signage per PAD-30 III.B.2.J. 4. Zoning cannot approve the plans until approved by PDSD Engineering and NPPO. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Please resubmit revised plan set along with a detailed response letter, which states how all zoning review comments were addressed. |
