COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the Grading plans for Phase 8 but cannot approve them at this time. While the grading plans for phase 8 are consistent with the current revised version of the DP, and as it relates to the zoning review purview zoning will approve the grading plan once the revised DP17-0254 fully approved and the engineering reviewer approves the grading plan. 2. COMMENT: Add the DP stamp to all grading plan sheets for plan reviewer signatures. The digital stamp can be downloaded from the PDSD web site. 3. COMMENT: List the DP case number DP18-0015 in the lower right corner next to the title block of all sheets. Reference the associated revised tentative plat case number DP17-0254 next to the title block of all plan sheets.
