As Per rezoning case C9-12-08, condition:
#7. Heavy equipment and outdoor materials storage shall have a fifty-foot (50) setback from the north and east property lines. Stacking of outdoor material shall not exceed the height of the perimeter walls located along the north hand east perimeters.
- Please depict or draw the proposed location of where the outdoor stacking area will be located.
#9. Loading zones and dumpsters to be located a minimum of fifty feet (50) from residential uses and zoning.
