COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

Section 3.3.3.G.5.c UDC, An applicant has one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a site plan that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application, unless an ordinance adopted by Mayor and Council during this period states otherwise. A site plan application that has been in review for a period of one year and has not yet been approved is considered denied. To continue the review of a site plan for the property, a new site plan must be submitted that complies with regulations in effect at the time of re-submittal. The new submittal initiates a new one-year review period. One year Expiration date is September 7, 2018.


1. Follow Up To Previous Comment 16: Zoning acknowledges that the TSMR has been submitted for review. When or if the TSMR is approved, list the case number next to the title block of all plan sheets, List the TSMR as a general note, date of approval, and modifications requested and approved.

PREVIOUS COMMENT 16: COMMENT: Per TSM Section 7-01.4.1.B A sidewalk is required adjacent and parallel to any access lane or PAAL on the side where buildings are located. That said provide a four (4) foot sidewalk along the east side of the "PET RESORT".

Please be advised that CDRC has conditionally approved the above mentioned development package. The development proposal is for approximately 12,213 square feet expansion for animal service and alcoholic beverage service. The development package includes a total of two buildings and 23.44 feet building height. The existing zoning is C-2 & R-2 and the proposed zoning is C-2 & P. Conditions of rezoning per the decision of the Mayor and Council are hereby met. A copy of the development package is included. The ordinance may be scheduled for Mayor and Council adoption at any time.
