This comment was not fully addressed. As stated before the east end of the crosswalk does not state how access is provided to the site walk. Base on aerial photos there is a curb at that location. 2-06.4.9.R - The striped crosswalk, see attached markup, promotes a safety issue, relocate as shown. Clearly demonstrate that here is a ramp or that the pavement is flush with curb at the east end of this crosswalk. 2. Provide the DP case number adjacent to the title block on all sheets. 3. Sheets 6 & 7 provide all relevant case numbers adjacent to the title block as shown on sheets 1 - 5.
