08/08/2017 | STEVE SHIELDS | ZONING | REVIEW | Reqs Change | PDSD TRANSMITTAL FROM: Steve Shields Principle Planner PROJECT: Arby's @ 5759 E. Broadway Blvd Interior and Facade remodel. T17CM05287 Building Plan (1st Review) TRANSMITTAL DATE: July 18, 2017 1. The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. As modifications to the site are proposed, i.e. relocation of accessible vehicle parking spaces, accessible ramp modifications, reduction in number of vehicle parking spaces, etc. a Development Package (DP) meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06 is required to be submitted and approved prior to approval of the building plans. The DP is a separate submittal that can run concurrently with the building plans. Remove sheets C100 & C101 from the building plans and provide them along with the additional requirements listed below as a DP. A Development Package Checklist has been provided that provides submittal requirement, fees, and PDSD agencies that will need to review the DP. To facilitate a timely review once you have addressed all requirements below email me a pdf of the DP so that I can do a cursory review prior to providing an over-the-counter review of the DP. 3. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.
