Please be advised that CDRC has conditionally approved the above mentioned development package. The development proposal is for approximately 241,300 square feet of institutional school, medical services, administrative and professional offices, residential care/transitional care, general merchandise sales, food service. This square footage includes the repurposing of the 75,000 square-foot former Townsend Middle School building for a Pima Medical Institute campus. The development package includes a total of 14 lots with nine buildings and building heights ranging from 20 feet to 70 feet. The existing zoning is R-1 and the proposed zoning is OCR-1. Conditions of rezoning per the decision of the Mayor and Council are hereby met. A copy of the development package is included. The ordinance may be scheduled for Mayor and Council adoption at any time.
