This square footage includes the repurposing of the 75,000 square-foot former Townsend Middle School building for a Pima Medical Institute campus. The development package includes a total of 14 lots with nine buildings and building heights ranging from 20 feet to 70 feet. The existing zoning is R-1 and the proposed zoning is OCR-1. Conditions of rezoning per the decision of the Mayor and Council are hereby met. A copy of the development package is included.
