2. 2-06.4.9.H.5.a - The vehicle parking space adjacent to the ramp is required to be 10'-0" wide, see UDC Article 7.4.6.d.2.b.

3. 2-06.4.9.R - The handrail extension 12" dimension is not shown correctly, see ICC A117.1-2009 Figure 505.10.1

4. 2-06.4.9.R - Provide a sidewalk width dimension from handrail extension at the top of the ramp north to the building.
