1. 2-06.4.7.A.8.c - It does not appear that the building square footage expansion calculation is correct. Based on the number provided on the plan the expansion is the expansion would be 37.4%. Based on the last approved the expansion would be 29.8%. Either way the expansion is greater than 25% therefore the requirements of UDC Article 7.4.4 and TSM Section 7 apply.
