6. 2-06.4.8.A - Provide site boundary perimeter information, bearing in degrees, minutes, and seconds.

7. 2-06.4.8.C - Provide a dimension from center line of Speedway to the property line and provide a sidewalk width dimension for the sidewalk within the right-of-way along Speedway.

2-06.4.9 - Information on Proposed Development
The following information on the proposed project shall be shown on the drawing or added as notes.

8. 2-06.4.9.F - Provide the zoning for the parcels north of the alley and south of Speedway on the plan.

9. 2-06.4.9.H.5 - Per UDC Article 7.4.6.F.4.c and Figure 7.4.6-B A minimum distance of three (feet must be provided between the back of spur and any wall, screen, or other obstruction over six inches in height. That said show the required barrier that will prevent vehicles from contacting the wall shown at the north end of the vehicle use area.

10. 2-06.4.9.H.5.a - Within the "PARKING CALCULAITONS" provide the number of required and provided accessible vehicle parking spaces. Per the 2012 IBC Chapter 11 Section 1106.5 the one (1) required accessible vehicle parking space is required to be van accessible.

12. 2-06.4.9.H.5.a - Until comment 14 has been addressed the requirement for a wheel stop at the accessible vehicle parking space cannot be determined. If the sidewalk west of the accessible vehicle parking space is less than 6'-6" a wheel stop is required.

13. 2-06.4.9.H.5.d - Sheets 1, 4 & 5 show the short term bicycle parking in a different location than sheets 2 & 3, clarify which location is correct.

14. 2-06.4.9.R - Provide width dimensions for all existing/proposed sidewalks on site.

15. 2-06.4.9.R - Provide a width dimension for the sidewalk shown west of the proposed accessible vehicle parking space. As a parking vehicle is allowed to overhang this sidewalk it is required to be a minimum 6'-6", 2-6" for vehicle overhang and minimum 4' wide sidewalk.

16. 2-06.4.9.R - It appears that the proposed short term bicycle parking encroaches into the minimum required sidewalk width. Clearly shown the required 2' -6' bicycle parking space, see UDC Article 7.4.9.B.2.f, on the plan and provide a sidewalk width dimension that shows that the requirements of TSM Section 7-01.4.3.A are met.

17. 2-06.4.9.R - Provide a sidewalk width dimension from the stairs called out under keynote 28 south to the edge of sidewalk. Per TSM 7-01.4.3.A this sidewalk is required to be 4'-0" wide.

18. 2-06.4.9.R - Near the southeast corner of the existing structure there appears to be an encroachment into the proposed sidewalk. Clearly demonstrate that the requirements of TSM Section 7-01.4.3.A are met.

19. 2-06.4.9.R - Clearly show the required accessible route from sidewalk located within the ROW to the proposed accessible vehicle parking space and to the accessible entrance of the existing structure. Clearly demonstrate on the plan that all requirements of the ICC A117.1-2009 are met.

20. 2-06.4.9.U - Demonstrate how the requirements of rezoning conditions 8 & 9 are met on the plan.
