COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. This plan has been reviewed for compliance with the Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-06. Also compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM). 1. Provide the distance and bearings for the proposed lot lines. 2-06.4.9.A - Where is the proposed lot line at. Until it is clarified and the number of proposed lots is verified the process required to divide this parcel cannot be determined. 2. Clarify what you are proposing with the Dimension Sheet. Is this going to be part of development package set or is it just supplemental? If you are proposing to have it included in the DP set the drawing index will need to be modified along with the total number of sheets shown in the title block. If proposing to include this drawing within the DP it is recommended that the sheet number be 2A of 13, not 1 of 1. If not included all the dimension provide on this sheet will need to be provided on sheet 2 of the DP.
