Fugitive Dust Activity Permit - PDEQ, (520) 724-7400 4. As this was an electronic submittal, we need a space on each plan sheet to stamp (digitally) the approval date, etc. Would you please remove the current City of Tucson approval box on the bottom of each sheet? This will allow a space (approx. 3" x 5") for us to stamp the plan. After we receive the requested documents, please allow approximately one to two business days for our staff to finalize the plans and upload them to PRO. The fee balance is $ 0 (zero). Thank you.
