COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.
01. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the revisions as presented on the revised document. Address the following comments and resubmit.
02. COMMENT: Label the width of the driveway entrance along Church Avenue. It is not clear whether the changes have increased or decreased the width of the driveway as width was not dimensioned.
03. COMMENT: The abandonment recording information and or documents for the No-build and Electric easements will be deferred to the building plans review and must be presented to PDSD Zoning prior to approval of the Zoning Final Inspection for T17CM08216. A revision to specific DP sheets may also be required.
04. COMMENT: While the proposed changes do not affect any zoning requirements, be aware that the Design Professional must review the plans prior to zoning approval. (Also, HPZ review is required.)
