The proposed land use is residential. This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority acknowledges that a previous comment letter was submitted for this project on February 20th, 2017. As a friendly reminder, please provide the Tucson Airport Authority with a copy of the completed and recorded Avigation Easement document for this project. The Tucson Airport Authority has no additional comments to submit for the 2nd submittal of this proposed project.
