Changes in curb location to accommodate a new TEP transformer at the northwest corner of the site have resulted in new comments. The following items need to be addressed: 1) Per AM 2-06.4.9T show vehicle maneuverability to permit solid waste and any fire trucks that may use the ambulance drop off are. 2) Per UDC 7.4.6E1a a minimum unobstructed radius of 18 feet is required where an access lane or PAAL designated as a fire lane or is used to access refuse and/or recycling collection or loading zones intersects another access lane or PAAL. Please show the required minimum 18 feet curb radius at the northeast corner of the new curb as shown on this second submittal. - emailed turning radius exhibit that shows wider PAALs are sufficient for vehicle movement per code requirements. 3) Please provide updated cut and fill quantities that reflect the changes proposed as part of the 2nd submittal with your response letter to allow for updating of fees in accordance with AM 4-01.5.5C. - aplicant said to double the last number created.
