This easement will need to be abandoned prior to issuing the certificate of occupancy (C of O) for building permit T17CM00359. A hold and zoning final inspection has been added to the building permit. 2-06.4.8.B - It appears that there is an existing electrical easement under the proposed addition that will need to be abandoned prior to approval of the development package. Clearly show the easement and the abandonment recordation information on the plan.
