COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the Grading Plan for lot 39 at Wildcat Pass. While the proposed development is in conformance with the zoning requirements zoning cannot approve the grading plan at this time. The grading plan must be reviewed and approved by the Engineering and landscape reviewers prior to approval by zoning.

2. COMMENT: Revise the street name to Sparkling Starr Dr., (only one K in Sparking)

3. COMMENT: A separate building permit is required for the building permit. The approved grading plan can be approved as the plot plan for the building permit. I am also assuming that the building plans may be already approved unless they are custom built homes plans that need approval.

4. COMMENT: Zoning will review the grading plan on the next review.
