The plan met the requirements of zoning condition 21 except that I asked him to add a Non-Motorized Trail Easement, by the final plat, to each end of the Esmond Station Greenway corridor to allow for future connection to planned path north and south of the property. The attached Final Plat meets the minimum requirements to satisfy condition 21 and I will recommend approval based on this document. Since this is not the normal way I am asked to review development plans and plats, please let me know if this is an acceptable means of conveying this information to you. Thanks, Howard B.
