Pima County Flood Control has a maintenance responsibility easement along this portion of the Rodeo Wash. Contact Ann Moynihan Ann.Moynihan@pima.gov 2) As previously commented, confirm through infiltration testing, that the storm crate retention draw down time will be less than 12 hrs. Reference COT Stormwater Detention/Retention manual, section 3.5. Since drain pipes have been proposed, show that the discharge from the pipes will be less than 1 cfs as required in critical basins. The drainage report must be revised to address the changes to the drainage design. 3) As previously commented, this project proposed disturbance within a 100 year floodplain and also a WASH ordinance Wash. Reference Tucson City Code section 29 article VIII and provide the necessary mitigation/report for the proposed disturbance. This report is required because this proposal is showing new disturbance outside of the previously disturbed areas. Please include concurrence from Pima County Regional Flood Control District with the next submittal.
