COMMENT: 2-06.4.9.L – As the proposed patio is located within the right-of-way a temporary evolvable easement is required. Contact COT DTM Real Estate and secure the required easements 2. COMMENT: 2-06.4.9.S – Clearly demonstrate that the requirements of TSM Section 10-01.0.0, Street Technical Standards, sidewalk widths & clearance are met. It does not appear that with the numerous short-term bicycle racks shown on the plan that there is a clear pedestrian route. 3. Design review must be approved prior to approval of this revision.
