A site plan application that has been in review for a period of one year and has not yet been approved is considered denied. To continue the review of a site plan for the property, a new site plan must be submitted that complies with regulations in effect at the time of re-submittal. The new submittal initiates a new one-year review period. One year Expiration date is November 14, 2017. 1. Zoning conditionally approves the Development Package; The revised Development Package must be reviewed, approved and signed off by the Design Professional to assure that all conditions of the IID approval have been incorporated into the DP or the appropriate documents are provided to the Design Professional. 2. If the Design Professional cannot approve the Development Package the conditional approval by Zoning is void.
