Zoning has attempted to review revision #2 to DP16-0156 but was not able to complete the review, see comments below

1. Provide the revised sheets as stated on the letter.
2. Clearly show the concrete pad on the plan and provide the height of the proposed LP Gas Upright Tank as perimeter yard setbacks may be applicable.
3. The revised DP sheets should be submitted as a single multi-page PDF file.
