Zoning cannot approve the revisions to the DP and Site until the City of Tucson Right of Way has been processed through the COT Real Estate Department. Once the acquisition has occurred and recording has been completed the recording information and DP site plan must be revised to depict a unified parcel with the new distance and bearings and recording information of the right of way acquisition is noted on the plans. The COT Right of Way recorded documents must be included in the DP package at time of next submittal of the revised DP.
