1. This comment was not fully addressed. Under General Note 11 the IID "DATE OF APPROVAL:", "MODIFICAITONS:", & "APPLICABLE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:" will need to be filled in or information provided within the in note the directs to sheet 2 for this information. 2-06.4.7.A.6.a - Provide a general note stating the IID case number, date of approval, what has been modified, if applicable conditions of approval

2-06.4.9 - Information on Proposed Development
The following information on the proposed project shall be shown on the drawing or added as notes.

2. A hold has been put on building permit T16CM06538 to ensure that the lot combination is completed prior to issuing the certificate of occupancy. 2-06.4.9.A - As the main site is made up of three (3) parcels, 117-04-214A, 117-04-214D & 117-04-214F, a lot combination is required. Provide a copy of the approved Pima County Combination Request from with your next submittal.
