The Tucson Airport Authority is commenting on this 3rd submittal of DP16-0112 to communicate that the applicant has updated the development plans with the two requested notes which were included in the comment letter submitted on July 13th, 2016. The Tucson Airport Authority has provided the applicant with the Avigation Easement document and is waiting to receive a copy of the recorded Avigation Easement.
