The following items need to be addressed: 1) Per TSM2-01.4.1C6 please update grading note 15 to reflect the geotechnical report recommendation on page 4 that the over-excavation and recompaction should extend beneath the entire building pad and a minimum 5 feet laterally beyond the footing edge in each direction. Grading note 15 currently only requires over-excavation to extend 2 feet laterally. 2) Per TSM2-01.4.1C6 please update the spot grades and top-of-fill slope line work to reflect the requirements on page 7 of the geotechnical report. "All structures should be set back from the edge of fill slope a minimum setback of 5 feet. The west side of the building foundation appears to be set back about 2 feet from the top of the fill slope. 3) Per TSM 7-01.4.3A please update detail 2 on sheet C1.0 to clarify the width of the sidewalk. The detail description denotes a 5' wide sidewalk which agrees with the scaling of the sidewalk hatch work shown as part of the plan view. However, the cut section, as included in the detail shows only 3' between the edge of the building and the edge of the 4" thick sidewalk. Please update this to be consistent and to reflect the 4' minimum width requirement. 4) Per AM 2-06.4.3 please add the relevant Development Package Number (DP16-0016) to the title block area. 5) Per AM 2-06.4.8B please show and dimension all easements on the plans with appropriate recordation data. Please update general note 16 to reflect compliance with this development package requirement.
