COMMENTS:
1) Admin Man Sec.2-06.4.7: Address the remaining comments:
a) Plans shall not include white out areas - resubmit with no marked out or white out.
b) Provide sequential numbered sheets in next submittal. (Missing sheet 1.2?) Landscape plans may not be required for this Development Package submittal - confirm with Zoning or Landscaping staff regarding this requirement for this custom grading lot development.
c) Add "DP16-0011" to grading plan sheet and any other sheets within the Development Package.
d) Add the following as a note: (if applicable) no slopes shall exceed 2:1(H:V) unless geotechnical report recommendations with proposed slope design are provided to the City for review.
2) Tech Man Sec.2-01.4.C: It appears that 1.5:1(H:V) slopes may be proposed on sheet 1.1. A Soils Report with geotechnical recommendations will be needed for slopes greater than 2:1(H:V). If slopes are proposed to be 2:1(H:V) or less steep, revise and clarify slope grade and label slopes with gradient proposed (i.e. 2:1(H:V), or 3:1(H:V) etc) on grading planview.
